Eight combinations managed to reach the jump-off in the Stephex Stables Prize (CSI4*, Table A 1.40m) and at the end it was Chloe Vranken who claimed the victory. She rode the 12-year-old BWP gelding Elton Jones (Clinton I x Elegant De l’Ile). The 20-year-old rider from Veulen who rides voor Tal Milstein Stables, stopped the clock at 35.99 seconds. Chloe proved herself already as a Junior and a Young Rider. In 2012 she just missed the podium at the European Championships for Juniors and in 2016 she finished 8^th individually at the EC for Young Riders.

Ireland’s Darragh Kenny finished runner-up with the BWP mare Fixdesign Funke Van ’t Heike (Action-breaker x Grandeur). The 28-year-old rider runs a stable in Wellington, Florida USA, together with business partner Tom Davison, but visits Europe a few months a year to compete. Third place went to Spain’s Pilar Lucrecia Cordon with the KWPN gelding Barnaby (Lovis Corinth x Concorde).
