Belgium's Carmen Christiaansen opened the second day of De Kraal International with a victory in the Hengstenhouderij T&L Prize (Table A – Two Phases, 1.30m). The 26-year-old rider from Hoogstraten, near Antwerp, was clear in 38.32 secondswith the 10-year-old BWP mare Ginger VH Geelhof (Cashmir Z x Feinschnitt I).
Frenchman Antoine Courpied finished in second place with Uppercut de Rosyl (SF, Papillon Rouge x In Chala A) wit 0-0-38.90. He was closely followed by Ines Van Den Bosch (BEL) wth Infinity VD Heffinck (BWP, Contact Van De Heffinck x Triomhe De Muze). This combination was only 0.06 second slower than Courpied.
